I felt good and like I worked pretty hard in this workout. I hung with my group pretty well and was way under pace on all the intervals. 10min warmup, 3k (13:03), 1k (4:09), 3k (13:06), 1k (4:03), 3x200m; 12min cooldown. abs, pushups, 10min icebath.
