Comments:
ran to the overpass to do hills today. the footing was pretty bad, but since there are absolutely no hills in the area, i didn't really have a choice. did 8 intervals, 45-50 seconds each. also, finally went and got a watch while i was christmas shopping yesterday. finally feeling smooth while i'm running again, which means i'm starting to get in shape. 30 days till the first meet.
