running on the beach felt much easier today! i had energy and wanted to go faster! maybe i'm getting used to it? or maybe my legs are just really happy to not be running on hills? either way, today's run was nice! raced katherine down the beach for like 150m and felt super fast :) still hard to go for a long time though. after 20 minutes i was beat. came home and did strength work galore...
