did some random stuff, trying to just get back in general shape, a little lifting, abs, treadmill for a few, on the bike randomly, a yoga class which is the only time I have thought the instructor was horrible..no flow at all sorry. I have rediscovered for the power clean which combines speed, strength and power into one..
