Over 20 miles this week so I'm pretty happy. Didn't do anything crazy either just stayed consistent. I was going to do yesterday as well but I wanted to keep it to 5 days this week. I'm happy and i feel like I can add a longer run in sometime next week. Maybe Wednesday or Thursday, to bump it up to 24 or 25 next week. Hopefully I wint eat a whole pantry too.
