Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Coyote Hills levee run. Wanted to work on speed with an attempt to run 2 miles at 6 minute pace. A lot of wind, gave up on the attempt and instead wanted to complete the remaining miles in sub 7 pace. Left calve cramp with about 2 miles to go, had to stop and hobble the remainder at roughly 9:30 pace. Kind of a failed workout. Possibly overtraining issue and my body is telling me.
