Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
in a word, easy. up lamar, hung a right at town lake, turned around at 6 and retraced my steps home. ended up tacking on an extra quarter to reach the next whole number for my weekly total, not gonna lie. pace felt automatic, distance didn't offer much resistance; completely pleased with legs' kick this late in such a heavy week. form felt spot on; satisfying midfoot strikes, neat leg tucks, surprisingly high leg kicks. progress!
