Weather: Dece to start, cool by the end

Comments:
sustained effort, a little faster than we probably should have, but i stayed back a bit so i wasn't completely at tempo pace. felt good and very strong at the end. 200s didn't work out so well because the "second coming of the Carbon Footprint" was on its way. cooldown was a bit faster than usual, but i wanted to get in out of the rain because it was cold.
