ran from 659, did some drills to warm up at field. 200 jog between 200's, 400 either side of 800's. Went 37-37-2:34, 37-37-2:34, 37-37-2:35. 200's felt easy, 800's really had to work. felt right shin pain last part of last 200, last 800 but went away after stopped. really pushed it last half of last 800.
