Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4 miles with random pace changes, like I would say, "ok, I'm going to surge to that bench", for example. Not too hard, but Pre's trail was pretty muddy, so the path was really soft, and I think that made it feel harder that it should have. I also think it made it harder to run with good form.
