Comments:
threw on the roclites to muck about the soggy trails around the lake. i don't remember the last time i ran in them, or the last time my legs felt this fucking ragged. the combo of zombie legs, mud-caked roclites, gray, swollen skies and squishy trails instantly bought me back to forlorn miles run in years past; sweet nostalgia. will definitely be giving my body a break tomorrow instead of subjecting it to the 8 x 800 workout i had intended to.
