christmas workout

I opened presents instead of running or christmas morning at my grandmas so when I got back from christmas dinner I decided to attack the stairs in her building. I ran 11 flights each with 16 stairs in each flight 10 or 11 times in 30 minutes. It felt good to run some stairs but my pulse was going pretty fast so I let myself stop at the top to catch my breath at some times. Oddly doing workouts alone isn't as bad as I had expected, but maybe it was just my christmas spirit haha
