Comments:
Ran to Fort Reno with Eric and did 7 hills. 2 sets of 3 and a 1 minute break. Sprinted the last one. Felt great, but also like I wasn't in as good shape as I used to be, especially since I haven't done a hill or speed workout in so long. Im planning on adding more of these things to my regimen.
