10 Mile Tempo: First 5 Easy(6:40's). Second 5 Brisk Pace(6:00's)

Felt tight from the beginning and would get that cramp in my abdomen I use to get all the time but didn't effect me much for the first 5. On the way back I really felt it so I had to stop 3 times for it. My legs were the more concerning part b/c they felt terrible on the way back, like they were going to explode. The mileage was way too much for my body and I had that feeling like my legs were going to give out. I was absolutely dying with 4 mile left. TERRIBLE RUN.
