Comments:
After not getting enough sleep due to the new tv, the team met at Caldwell at 9 to do our last hard workout before heps. We warmed up 3 miles to the park across from johnson park school, then did drills and strides. I felt pretty awful on the warmup and I just felt really tired probably due to the lack of sleep during midterms week. Once the workout started, I felt like crap from the first one. Our splits were: 4:54, 4:51, 4:45, 4:54. So Cameron and I pretty much stuck with each other the entire workout. The course was slightly over a mile long and the hill in the start put us into oxygen debt right away so given the variables, the times were alright. I'll be ready to go once I catch up on sleep.
