Hello, ankle. I hate you.

Comments:
it was dark and wet, and I didn't want to run outside. treadmill, then stretching and some abs. then an hour of tennis. twisted my ankle at the beginning of tennis then continued to play for another hour. my dad says it's sprained. this sucks. hopefully the pain and swelling goes down quickly so I can run in a couple days.
