Wasn't going to run today but it was just too nice out, so I just did a couple to break a sweat. I tweaked a hip flexor about a half mile from the end, guess that's my penance for running on an off day. It's not bad should be fine tomorrow. Might go to the river tomorrow and try to pop off one quick mike in under 7 just to see what it feels like.
