Comments:
as we finished up luke's warm up to & around the track, mcclory decided he was going to do a couple fast 200s and not 7miles as we originally planned. so, as being on the obrian training plan, i agreed and did 2miles of 200on/200off (between 30&33). then ran mcclory back to the house & picked up weaver for some barefoot miles on the csb turf
