went to do a workout on the track at oceanside but it was covered in snow so ended u doing it on the roads by time, had to 4x200 with 90 secs rest han a steady 500 than 2x800 245 rest than 3 30 rest in 2 25 than 2x400 in 62 2 30 rest than 3:00 rest after the second one than had 4x300 in 43 with 2 min rest
