Weather: a little chilly

Comments:
Did a workout with the mid-d people and coach barnes in the meadow. it was super short. 2 sets of 4 x the steep hill, then a cooldown to coventry and back. felt alright. im really knocking down mileage these 2 or 3 weeks to kinda refresh myself before really starting to train for track and to try and make my knee feel better. we'll see how it goes.
