Comments:
20 minutes or so to STA, then sprinted 4 laps on the track with like 3 or so minute recovery (during which i unfortunately stood still instead of moving and staying loose - no room!). went out reallllllyy fast on the first one because i was the first leg so i went out with everyone at the beginning. tried to time it, think it was around 80 seconds but not sure. gave up on timing after that, but i'm certain i got progressively slower. it was hard out there. always a little disappointing i guess, especially after how consistent i was over break...i feel like i should have been better but i guess it's tough when you're running against miles graham and daniel samet hahaha. then 20 minutes home.
