Weather: cold and rainy

Comments:
tough but solid workout, 4 x 1.3 mile loops, cruise mile pace again but closer to race pace anyway, hit 5:21, 5:21, 5:23, 5:26, through the miles and 6:53 each time for the full loop, felt strong for the whole thing except i was pretty chilled by the end and i couldn't feel my arms
