Comments:
ran two miles w/u from 659 to perimeter. did w/u drills + 2 strides. did 4 x 3/4 mile at 402-401-403-400. Felt controlled but decently taxed after one, def tazed on 2-3, felt the best on the last one. jogged 330-345 in between sets. jogged home 1.25 miles.
right shin a little sore/tight on the warmup, but held up fine during and after workout. no real pain to speak of, although quads and calves a little sore.
