Another Cruise Mile Workout at Towers

Weather: rainy and cold

Comments:
1 mile warmup to Towers to do workout at cruise mile pace, this time though 4x1.3 mile loops with couple minutes of rest. Weather made the workout tougher, first interval felt the worst, but settled into a nice groove and gradually felt better at the end of each interval. Didn't have a watch so I don't know my splits but I'm pretty sure they were close to target pace. Good workout, achilles hurting on cooldown to WJ but no biggie.
