more hills. not so sure if it was a good idea, but i needed to run with some people because it feels like its been a while. just paced some people. they were doing 8 times 400 meter hills with downhill as rest. felt alright, but could tell i had also ran hard yesterday. ran most of them with big z and mizer, but helped out whitey on his last one, and ran the first two in a large group before everything separated.
