2011 Lake Chabot New Years Trail Run

Comments:
Took Advil and coffee in the morning. A little sore, started to back off of the pace as I felt the cramp coming on. Definitely feels like my right leg is compensating for the left's stride. Need to learn the technique of running downhill fast as I kept losing the gap between runners I was close to. Nonetheless, fun run, beautiful scenery, and muddy.
