Comments:
Felt really good today. I did 6 miles mostly by myself. They were spraying pesticides in the orchards of course so that wasn't too pleasant. When I got back to the school I jumped on the track with the guys and did the first set of their workout: 350m, 250m, 150m all out. I will admit to being slow as hell and not having any leg speed. It was slightly embarassing for me, but I don't care because things are getting better everyday.
