Weather: poopy

warm up around the track, push-ups and dips while waiting for a treadmill then 4ish mile sustained effort which i think was actually a little long (ran at 6:31 pace until the last 3/4 mile when i brought it down to 6:07) then cool down on the track, and a few more push-ups
