Weather: 50ish, 0830am.

Comments:
Ran two mile warmup, felt pretty good. Did like 2 striders, then started out 11:46 (5:52/5:54), jogged 2 min, went 11:56 (5:52/6:04). Felt great, like I wasn't really pushing it, just cruising. On last mile of second one, felt real good, not stressed at all but maybe thats because I was 10 sec slower, although into a 10-15 mph headwind. felt real good though. shins held up well, so did right arch/foot.
