Comments:
worked out abs, arms, etc. about 10 minutes of hard biking (because I get bored inside) some legs focusing more on light weight high reps/ explosive, some power jumps, and side to side, for ski specific movements, some shuttle runs for agility/ speed, etc. Then I played dodgeball (on the clock), and pegged punk little 11 year olds with the mightiest jan muice throws I could muster, it was actually a good workout. I feel like I am at the point where I can start to go with abandonment, the "reckless" part will come soon!
