Weather: 45 nice

down wisconsin to dorsett, down dorsett to little falls, then up this weird little neighborhood st (greenway? greystone? something like that) till it intersected with river, then up river back to gds. ran with katherine. slow pace, which was welcome after my maniac lifting sesh with leah!
i feel like i'm getting slower though. can't remember the last time i ran fast...i need to hit the track!
