skent for a wi, just around some hills, etc., took a break to warm up half way through. On one hand I felt better than ever, decent power, and altitude and breathing felt normal as ever, but I kept falling, one hypothesis is that I am lame, and the other one is that the 5 hours of snowboarding earlier in the day had tired out my stability muscles in my leg..who knows?
