Genung to Dodge with extensions

Comments:
Ran a bit earlier today because I have a dentist appointment later. It started to snow a lot as soon as I got dressed. It kept snowing the whole time. The roads were slippery, and it was tough to go up the hills. Added on the Quarry and Hickory extensions. Went slow up the hills but could basically ski down the downhills. Stopped snowing as soon as I got back...

Legs were feeling good. Back was tight and my knee was poppy more than usual. Might be the tights were holding it in a weird position. Still can feel the tightness, but it doesnt hurt or slow me down...

Got back, did hips, back, and hammies. Felt good. Then stretched and planks. My fitness is feeling fine these days, but we shall see what happens when I start swimming again and workouts are thrown in. Right now the only thing holding me back it my hip.
