losing a whole year

Weather: kinda cold and rainy, but actually very pleasant to run in

Comments:
ran after 151 with Grogan, Austin, and Taylor. my legs were sore as hell from the lifting yesterday, especially my hammies from the leg curls. we went probably a little faster than i wanted to, but it was still alright. did 4x150 accelerations (150 jog rest) and abs afterwards.
