I was in desperate need of a recovery run..
I have alot of pain in my right shin/ back of my leg. Once I get going its okay, just once I stop its hard to get going again. Went home and iced it for about a half-hour and took some pills.
8 minute abs at school - this is the first time i have done them since weightlifting class :(
