Exercise Type: Bike

My left knee is pretty messed up. Tried icing it lat night and this morning to no avail..I have no idea what caused it whatsoever...Canceled my pre exam run to help relax me and biked/lifted instead. Did 20 minutes on the bike with natalie at a generally hard setting. Went and lifted and did a plate workout afterwords.
My running log is getting pathetic, I need to go back and log my runs the day of..
