Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Pretty shitty run. Started out at the outdoor track, down through campus to north campus, through hasbrouck, out warren, handshaw, freese to the horse hill barriers, down horse hill, through the plantations, dirt road and then home via stevenson and dodge.
My leg was sore the whole time. At times, my knee feld really swollen and lumpy, not a great feeling. I slowed down a lot because I didnt really care... I was honestly thinking pessimistically during the run which didnt help. I just cant believe that I have come this far in 10 months. Its horse shit. Who knows whats in store. Something is still wrong, and running through it is just as difficult as being in good shape and training for success.
Got back, hips, back, hammies. Then stretch. All felt fine. Ice later. I cant wait to get back to my ice cup :). No abs.
I looked at my training from track in 09, and I only went above 50 twice. i was around 35 to 45 the whole time. I am going to stick with that. I hobbled through to 40 this week, and it was tough.
