Comments:
2 mile time trial. was actually a little excited when i heard it was a two mile, because the two mile was really my race in high school. i wanted to run somewhere around 10:15, as i feel i'm in better shape than i was before cross where i ran 10:28. i was going to try and just pace it as evenly as possible but when we started it just seemed like a better idea to stick behind chris and ethan and hold on while i could. in the end it created a faster first mile than i probably should have ran, but oh well. felt pretty good, little sore in the calf area but nothing bad. then 6 by 400 with 200 jog. hit the 400's at 77-80.
