Comments:
New office is very cold, legs were close to cramping up all day, decent run, found a good 6ish mile loop around the side streets of Berea. Tomorrow is supposed to be my first speed workout, not sure how that will work, but I'm thinking 6x800meters somewhere I can find a straight stretch of road with a quarter mile jog somewhere.
