too tight

workout at mlk today. 2 mile warm-up with a big group, then each group had its individual workout to run. 3 times 10:00 with 3:00 rest. ran slightly behind chris wade ethan and carter. was a little short of 6 full miles but within 400 meters. felt good, pretty relaxed, just a little tight in my calves since running the time trial indoor. cool down to veale, then 3 times 400 with 400 rest. then a little more than a mile cool down with chris kelly
