Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 30 windy but nice

Comments:
finished my spanish exam in an hour, so i was able to go for a lengthy run before my french exam! (LIFE IS GOOD!) down river to the crescent trail, and turned left on the trail (away from bethesda), took the trail till mile mark 7 and turned around. warmed up as i went, and felt pretty loose and good after 20 minutes or so. i was like THE ONLY PERSON on the trail, which was gorgeous and gave me some time to think and to unscramble my confused brain from all the tangle of languages swirling through my head... i don't think i went all that fast but i guess it was like a 7++ mile run :) so so beautiful!
