Recovery - Warm Up Run

Weather: 35 - dark and dry

Comments:
I was recovering from the 17 miler and warming up for the soccer run. Warming up is hard to do when its 35 degrees out. I spent most of the run with Sue who wanted to run 6.46 miles this week, we ran 6.5 so we did way better than last week.

Also, I defeated a bear and saved Jordans life, just ask him!
