cold and windy, misting rain. ran two miles w/u to prt road, did some drills. Went 5:24 into the wind, 5:20 with the wind, then 5:22 half into/half with. 4 min recovery. hardest workout yet. shins felt good, but legs felt heavy. jogged two miles back to 659.
