Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
we did a split tempo on mlk, 3x mile at goal 5:30 pace, with 2min rest in between. i felt really good for the first two--comfortable and i hung with ckells and grogan at 5:27 pace. the third one felt a lot harder, probably because grogan and chris started out a lot faster, like 2:33 through the half, and 5:21 for the mile. i would've liked to do the fourth one with chris, but i didn't want to push it.
we cooled down 2miles from the 1mile mark on mlk back to veale, then did 4x 200 at 30-31 pace. the goal was mile pace, but i was feeling good and so ran them faster.
then i cooled down more around the indoor track for about half a mile.
weight room, wk1 day2 lift. absx8 x40, hips x15.
