Comments:
Warm up @ 1.5% incline with sprints mixed in to get used to the turnover for the tempo.

Tempo @ 0.5% incline. Splits: 5:54, 5:51, 5:50, 5:40. Felt pretty comfortable the whole time. Not sure I could have gone a lot faster, but I was certainly well under control. Nice confidence boost.

Cool down @ 1.5% incline.
