Comments:
this was kind of a waste of a day. did drills for an hour, took an hour and a half to test vertical leap, sled pull, and 30 meter sprint, then lifted after. was going to run after, but 3 hours of standing around not accomplishing much kinda zapped my spirit. will just have to come back and hammer the workout tomorrow.
