Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
this was better. did 4x1000 on the indoor track with perisa, jim, jared, and mercer. hit the first 3 in 3:28, then with jim leading the last one we dropped a 3:08. felt controlled and smooth the whole way, and was able to respond to the moves on the last one. best workout i've had in a long time, and hopefully a sign that i'm finally getting back in the shape i should be in.
