elongated eastside crossover

Exercise Type: Run

Everyone left right before 4, so Jeff and I headed out on a run to see if we could find some cleared streets. We ended up just doing a elongated east side cross over. The roads were snowy. It wasnt that cold, but the slush and blowing snow made it slow. Felt good on the run though. Knee felt swollen, but hips and backs were legit.

Came back and did 4 x 100 striders. Honestly they werent that hard but I just was getting used to going around the turns. Then did hips, back, and 3 hammies. I am now going to switch up hammies, adding in new things, and just doing a grab bag of 3 each day, either after a run or after a swim. Stretched and iced for a little bit before getting to dinner late. (No abs oops...)

Made out a schedule. Seems like I can make some progress with it.
