hurdles!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Hurdle warmup: 5 foot drills
5 step hurdles with 4x lead, trail, center on both sides and 4 step x10 (50m hurdles/50m jog for each rep)
First day doing real hurdle stuff. It wasn't as smooth as it could have been and I need to work on snapping the lead and bringing the trail leg through quickly.
