Exercise Type: Run

Weather: a little cold, but actually really nice to run in

Comments:
ran 6 miles outside with the mid-d group. then 6x100 with 200 jog interval. then coach barnes's circuit with longer intervals and a few more exercises, then lifting and ice bath. this took forever, and it was actually a pretty good workout. ill probably be sore tomorrow, but more from the circuit and lifting than the running.
